AINPCEngine provides AI-powered NPC generation services via API. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the service for game development purposes. You may not use it to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.

3. API Usage

Rate limits apply per tier. Exceeding limits may result in throttling. Do not share API keys publicly.

4. Data

NPC context data is stored for the purpose of providing persistent memory. You own your game data. We do not use your data to train models.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for NPC dialogue content generated by AI models.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
